After that I examine the quality of the material to see if indeed it is what’s best in the market. The first Cello from Rogerio Fagundes I met was a few years ago, while he was still studying his craft in Cremona. It called to my attention the impecable finishing and specially the tone quality of the string, which was full-bodied and powerful, without being metallic.
